He SD I won 2nd prize thru PCH of 5 million and a23 Mercedes. Gave me pch code of pch4116704366. He also gave me all kinds of instructions including not telling anyone I won until AFTER I rec the money. SD I would get a cashiers check and I was to bring to a BOA along with a form that states the check is good and they were to contact a Beyonce Williams at a Niagara Falls NY bank and she would ok the check and in turn give them a money order in the amt of 1599 for processing fee. I told him I wasnt doing that and he got upset and has since called me 3 or 4 times. Is this legit or not.
