Ordered a DeWalt product from this company. The transaction went through and two days later after the charge went through in my card an email showed up saying “the product was no longer available at that price. I would get a refund in 7-21 days.” Not getting my money back. Thank goodness I used a prepaid card.

Paid for sewing machine- they took the money out of my account. A week later said item was not in stock and refund would be up to 21 days. Tried to reply and website not valid.
