I contacted him via what’s app as requested and wanted to buy a conure. He communicated by what’s app. He said it would be $750 (the normal price is $3600 and his website says $1100). He did not know anything really about the bird but just wanted to know how I would pay after asking if I wanted a male or female. He asked if I could send money by Zelle or cash app. He said PayPal would work but wanted me to use friends and family option. When PayPal declined the $750 he asked me to try $50. That went through to him then he asked me to try to send some more money. His email address where I sent the money had Chinese symbols, and PayPal charged me for an international transaction. He said he was in Miami. The next day I sent a request to him to return my $50 and he sent back a reply rejecting my request to return it. His website is fake. Can you take it down so no one else gets scammed?
