I made a hotel reservation on cheaphotels.com on the 1st of may. i was supposed be paying upod arrival on October. They immediately took the money out of my account in full and when i requested a refund never got one. I called several times saying they issued the refund on their end and to wait up to 15 days. I asked repeatedly; 15 days from the day THEY issued it? Or from when i canceled my reservation? No answer but kept saying to call my bank it may be their issue. I called my bank they verified there has been no attempt to refund the money and we filed a fraud case.
