My husband attempted to purchase a pair of eyeglasses for $108.90 via website www.cheapglasses123.com with our debit card, but the transaction errored out and never completed. A few days later we noticed four withdrawals of $108.90 from our account, which totaled $435.60!!!! We locked down that debit card right away & ordered a new one from our credit union. PLEASE NOTE: We never even completed an order, nor did we ever receive any eyeglasses. We called the telephone number that was listed on our bank statement (855) 598-2020 but were unable to reach anyone the first few attempts. We finally reached someone on Wednesday 12/28/2022 and they had no records available. They told us to send our screenshots via text to their customer service/accounting department at (615) 669-3998. We did this on 12/28/2022 and still do NOT have our money back nor any updates as of Wednesday 01/11/2023. They tried offering us 20% off of their best deal... we just want our money returned to our account. I told them that we do not feel comfortable ordering anything more from them until we know it's a legitimate site & we have our money back. (They gave us a NEW different website www.caglasses.com instead of the site that we initially tried to place the order through, which was www.cheapglasses123.com AND they also go by SCHULTZ OPTICAL according to our bank statement!?!?!?) IMPORTANT NOTE: Google searches for all three of these business names/sites did NOT have good reviews. I wish my husband would've checked before trying to place an order.

I've sent a request for an update via text a few times, with no response. I then called (855) 598-2020 again today 1/11 and informed her "Bria" of our situation. She said that she would follow-up with her coworkers/accounting department. I told her that I would email her the screenshots of my text conversations so that she had all of the details. I'm now awaiting a response, BUT I don't have much faith. It's been a fiasco!!! :(
