I booked an air ticket at on cheapflyfares.com website, and they send me an email of pending confirmation. I called them they said, website price is only to catch customers. They have designed their website policy in such a way that they are not charging the credit card for the first conversation, till customer calls them and asks them for the booking. They they pitch the higher price. Customer has already made his/her plans for the travel, so they force the customer to book on higher price. A simple customer will think that "it is ok, i have already made plans to travel" let it go and book at higher price. For one individual, it will be a small amount, but as a Nation on the whole these cheapflyfares are looting citizens. I am sure this company tech support is not based in US, the accent of all the customer care personnel I talked are not Americans. Now I doubt on their physical address as well. They might have a virtual address in US, but they are not here in US.

They have the customer credit card and customer details and then they circulate/sell the details to other sister companies for other scams like ssn office, car warranty, life insurance etc.

I told them that I am going to report bbb about the cheaflyfare.com, they hardly care about it.

Their website is still showing the lower prices.

Please help and protect the citizens of this country against these Pseduo-fraud companies.
