I purchased two tickets to a NHL game in San Jose. The site promised receipt within 20 minutes. After 30 I called spoke with “Charlie” and he said it was pending. I called again 15 minutes later and “Joshua” said it was another party’s fault and it could be hours. This was 20 minutes until puck off and refused to help. I’m out $300 and no tickets. They refuse to help because they sold the tickets to someone else instead. They tried to sell me counterfeit tickets...
