On January 2, 2018 purchased a pair of Adidas sneakers from the website The website (photo of homepage included) claims to send tracking information upon receipt of an order which was placed on January 2, 2018. I promptly followed up to inquire as to when I would receive tracking information or a confirmation email regarding the order. I was given a very vague response:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Your order was dispatched, please wait patiently.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact our Customer Care team by email [email protected] com.

Fast forward to January 25, 2018. After multiple emails initially requesting tracking information and to address a modest overcharge to my credit card, and then demanding my money be refunded, I've received a couple of emails in broker english and french that my order has been "dispatched", never acknowledging an over charge to my credit card and ultimately my repeated request to cancel the order with a full refund. I have received a "gucci" tapestry that the company has termed as a special gift.

They repeatedly ignore my request to cancel the order and provide vague, lip service responses to the many emails I've sent them. I am embarrassed to be a victim of their scam
