Periodically have low number money amounts removed from my debit account, using the transaction name CHATTERS C. Attempted to report to my bank (US Bank Focus) and they hung up on me after realizing it was a paycard. I spent all morning acquiring the correct number, clearly need to bank with someone different as well, there isn't a way to ascertain who CHATTERS C is because I can't get the bank to engage with me to even report it.
