I am not a Chase Bank customer so I assumed it was a scam. Went to the site on my computer. The site led me through a few windows of having me fill in personal information such as name, address, phone number, email etc... After providing some useless information, it took me to another page that was requiring me to give SS# and credit card information. At this point I stopped. Attached is the screenshot of this step.
