I received a text from Chase detecting an unusual login from Amy Little iPhone16 Pro Max and then asking if I had made a purchase for $369.89 with my debit card ending in. 3442 at a public shopping center WPB 12262. I replied NO.

I do have these security alerts set up with my debit card and I had received them before for purchases I was actually making.

Shortly after subject Sharon reached out to me to investigate my fraud, he asked if I had recently made any purchases from Temu or gas stations with my debit card where it could’ve been picked up. At this point I hung up the phone and called Chase fraud department directly because I was taught to do that if it seemed fishy. The number I called to confirm was 800-935-9935 (Chase fraud) at 1:37pm March 4th and also 866 564 2262 (debit card charge dispute). I got this phone number from Chase website directly. I went through the fraud menu to get to a representative, she looked up my account and confirmed that the Chase representative I was speaking to was indeed their representative and told me the fastest way to speak with them would be to call their desk line they called me from.

I called them back with much more confidence in the fake representatives. I was assigned 2 fraud representatives, Sebastian and Sharon, both male voices with no accent on their English. They told me more about the pending charge they saw. The next day there were more charges where someone added my debit card to their apple wallet and connected it to Zelle through that because I didn’t have my Zelle linked to my Chase account they said it made it easier to steal. Then they had me send $2,000 to Langdon on Zelle on march 4th. They said I needed to go to a Chase location in person to finish transferring over my funds to my new account. Wednesday they did the same thing and I sent 2,000 to Langdon.

Got a cell phone call from San Jose CA. The female said "hello, hello can you hear me". I said yes then she told me it was Chase bank on the line and they could lower my credit card interest and to stay on the line. I hung up.

I have not used this card in over a year and I was sent a new updated Chase Credit Card. The envelope encluded 2 new cards, a letter about the card and a pamphlet. When i called the 800 number to activate the cards, it said that they had special offers and if i was over 50 to press 1. I did and the offer was for Medicare Advantage. For 2 promtes they kepts saying "press 1 to assistance ". On the 3rd prompt someone came on and said " Hello. Hello. Can you hear me?" So I hung up. I called Chase with a number from the website to report it and the woman said she would send me a new card.

I showed a friend all of this and they called the 800 number. When they called, it was a FAX machine answer. When looking at the back of the card, the security code is 999.

I took all of this to a Chase bank and they reported this to the fraud department.

I received the new card by UPS. Its the same exact credit cards with the same information and 800 number. So I called the 800 number and now it is answering by Chase.

I did not active the newest cards. Im going to Chase bank and see if they can help me.

Same issues as others- 807/808am two calls from 8883731969 stating unusual activity in chase account and to call back 8776918086. Did not call. Will call chase directly to follow up as my card transactions look fine. Odd part is, I was on my chase account earlier today so this is highly ironic or if they are scammers then they can somehow tell I was in my account.

Scammer called my husband, saying it was chase bank fraud dept. and that I needed to call them back at the above number z

Luckily, his name and phone number are nowhere on my account so I knew it was fraud. I contacted Chase who verified they did not call.
