I received a cell phone call from an unknown number. The recorded message said it was Chase and that my Chase debit card has been locked and then went on to tell me to press "1" to be connected to a representative (I don't have a Chase debit card!). Of course, I did not press anything and just hung up. I am on the do not call registry but don't know how to report it because you have to give the caller's number. I feel I needed to report it to someone.

Received a phone call at 10:00 am from someone saying they could lower my credit card rate to 6.9%. I asked him "which one, I have three". He was asking for the complete card number before even identifying which bank he was with. I kept asking him who he represented, which bank he was working for, and he finally said Chase after I repeatedly asked him for the information. He kept asking for my complete credit card number, and I finally said Don't you have it right there, on your computer? He kept asking for the number, and I finally had to hang up because I had an appointment to keep. The phone number used was 419-365-3047.
