I received a letter in the mail from a scammer claiming to be CHASE bank saying that if I pay a certain amount that my credit card debt would be cleared. I called my local chase bank and they said it was a scam.

called for chase bank for support for for number i entered was 8002427372 but found out the real support number was 8772427372 they it said i won a trip 3 day cruise they ask for my credit card I gave it it because it sound like my bank and that i won a trip for being a long time customer I cancel the card with my card company before charges can be posted they did get my date of birth and street address i found it strange so i ask about bringing my US passport for the cruse they said i would not be needed i end the call right than and there

Got an email saying there were irregularities in my bank account.

When I logged into a supposed chase website...it asked me to put in some personal information.

Seemed very authentic. I'm a tech savvy 30 year old that is overly cautious with potential fraudulent emails and I was tricked. I called the phone number on the email they sent me to refinance my house. They had a good amount of information on my house which put me at ease, but foolishly I fell for it and gave them personal information.

On February 24, 2019, at 10:47pm, I received a text supposedly from Chase with the subject "Card Block". I opened the text this morning and it said: Subject - card block; date - Yesterday 10:47PM; From - [email protected]; size - 0.2kb. That was all. I called the customer service number on the back of my credit card today and spoke to a Chase customer service representative. He confirmed that that was NOT their website, that I should not log on to it, and most definitely not provide any personal or financial information. He complimented for calling them before doing anything else.

called with a thick accent claiming to be "Jay" from the security department gave me a clients name and claimed that she asked them to call and update her credit card information. gave me her FULL name and when i asked him for his rep number and name he said he was legally allowed to give that information out. i proceeded to tell him he had no problem giving me private client information and he told me his name was "Jay"

Went to this atm declined my transaction two times on the third stole money out of my account I received no money and the bank actually laughed when I told them about the atm not giving me the cash they wouldn't offer any help the thieves used scammer on the machine to steal my money beware

The first text you and tell you that they are Chase Bank. They notify you that your debit card from Chase has been a locked. They tell you to call a number but after you call the system will only allow you to put in your debit card number, that's all. Many people get this text do not even have a Chase account. I called Chase and the phone number that they gave me is not in the database. This is a fraudulent number and a fraudulent business.

I received a call with a caller ID of Chase 800-945-2000, number had been spoofed. When I picked up they said that it was Experian calling and that they could lower my Chase Visa Credit card to 6%. They seemed to know a lot about me, and said I see you have other credit cards, what is the total balance on them. I told them the amount and I was told that they could lower my debt by 45%, but then I would have to file bankruptcy afterwards. This did not sound right to me. I told them that I needed to leave and that I would call them back. When I got off the phone with them, I called Chase and was told that they did not make the call.

Email stating that Chase account had been deactivated. Ask you to click on link if it was an error. I did not click on the link but I am sure if I would have it would have asked me for my bank account # and pw.

Received a call on Jan 9, 2017 at 1:37pm from (480) 982-4530 area code from Arizona. Answered call and someone with a foreign accent said he was from Chase Credit Card Customer Service. I immediately asked for a number to call them back on. He DID give me what appears to be a legitimate number for Chase 1-800-945-2000. I also asked for an extension and he gave me one. I hung up, dialed the number he gave me that went to a recorded message/menu selection that appeared to be from Chase. Went through the typical press here for this department. When I finally spoke to a person, explained the situation and told her the extension number that I was given. She said no one from Chase had called me. She told me that they were getting a lot of these calls from people that were being contacted by imposters posing as Chase Customer Service. She said there was no extension like that there and stated once again that no one from Chase had called me. I figured this was the case because I do NOT have a Chase account. I hung up and redialed the imposter at (480) 982-4530 and get a recording saying your call can't be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again. Announcement 4404 Location 168886.

They called me with no caller ID and left a message with a number saying that something was up with a transaction from my account. I called Chase. It is a scam. People online saying that it is a legitimate chase number must be in on it or gave their personal and bank information that will allow that scammers to steal from them. Only contact chase through the customer service numbers on your card or statement.
