I was called by a Chase bank imposter that claimed my account may have had a fraudulent charge on it. This person was reading my recent transactions and added a fake one. They explained I would need to get a new debit card mailed to me immediately. They sent a code, by text, that I was to confirm with them. I did this and became suspicious. I called Chase and they explained that no call was made from the bank and no fraudulent charge was made. I expressed my concern, but this person told me I had nothing to worry about and to block that number. Then, my account was completely drained the next morning. I went to two different Chase branches and the police station to file a report. I also filed with the FTC, and now, the ScamPulse.com which I will probably ask to help me get this resolved since I haven't received my funds yet.
