I received a phone call from Jessica Brown stating she was from Chase Bank ph# 283-823-0017 ext 20141. "That my SS# had been compromised. They were going to put a block on it. That a loan request came in from Pennsylvannia for $5,000 which they denied because it was out of Ohio. Someone put a credit card application in my name. I was writing down what she said.I was to give a code BLM 200 They also told me K If I lost contact with her. To CB the # she had given me. But I instead called the BBB. She said they have the last 4 numbers of my credit card & the first 4 numbers. She repeated to me & they were correct. they also repeated back to me my home address. & where I retired from: ******** ***** ******* & it was all correct. They have called me from several different Phone#'s 419-525-5750, 833-270-9123, &833-283-0017,
