When answered the phone I couldn't hear anything at first, then a lady got on the phone and asked if I could hear her to which I stated back"Yes, I can hear you". the lady then began to state that she was with chase bank and wanted to lower my interest rate on my card then transferred me to a man. when the man got on the phone I stated that I didn't have chase bank and asked who I was speaking to and he hung up on me. When I called back and someone finally answered they stated that it was an answering service for a doctors office. when asked which doctor I was hung up on again.
