I have a car loan through them. They are not ScamPulse.com accredited but they do not tell you that. They take payments out whenever they want even when autopay is shut off (verified by 4 different people). They refuse to solve the issue, and continued to try and pull more payments out. They did not want to reverse the payments that were not approved by myself, until I called literally threatening legal action. They said and verified 4 diffent times, that no more payments would come out and yet here we are again with them doing it, once again.
