I responded to 10 different advertisements by purchasing 2 vests and 1 overcoat for about $80. I ordered on 11/5/2018, and the item did not ship until 11/21/2018. I inquired as to the shipment with customer service multiple times and received no update on my shipment. The first arrived on 12/12, with no communications. The 2 vests were adult-length but with a width that barely fit my 4-year-old son's ribcage. When I inquired about returning the items and explained the poor sizing, Charrcter informed me that I would need to send picture evidence to them that the sizing was incorrect. I did so, and Charrcter stated that refunds were not recommended, stating instead that , "I will kindly suggest that you keep it as a gift to someone who may fit it." The final overcoat arrived on January 2, 2019, nearly 2 months after first ordered and without any apologies or explanations. This, too, did not fit and was not sized as calculated. When I inquired about a return and refund, again the customer service representative stated, "Considering the high shipping fee to return them all the way back to our warehouse, will it be possible to give others as gifts." The customer service representative told me to return the incorrectly sized items to "Jimmy" (with no institutional address) and a phone number. I called the phone number and it was, in fact, a fax number. I emailed customer service informing them that I was suspicious since the return-item recipient lacked a surname, no organizational name was provided, and the phone number provided was, in fact, a fax number. In response, customer service stated, "The address has been confirm is correct. We could receive the package as this way. Please trust us, we will deal the refund when we receive the package." Needless to say, I do not trust this dubious seller who has provided me 3/3 improperly sized items, failed to offer a refund, provided incredibly delayed shipping of products, and then provided dubious return options that seem like a scam. I opted not to seek a refund for fear of not receiving any cash refund and instead having my returned items disappear with "Jimmy." Instead, I donated the newly purchased and improperly fitted items to our local Goodwill.
