I bought an item from this website but can't seem to log in (says there isn't an account with my email) when I try to make an account with my email it says that there is already an account with the email. I received an email confirming the success of the purchase (not from the website, from another email address. Every time I attempt to log in, it says that the page can't load. I never received an email confirmation but the money was taken out of my account. I have emailed their "support team" but haven't heard anything back. Or the emails have bounced back saying that the email address wasn't found. I'm assuming that I will never receive my package and will have to call my credit card company.
