There was an offer on Facebook for mental health awareness t shirts on sale . When I clicked to look at them it sent me to the charmll store, or conpad.shop website. I placed an order totaling 31.95$ . This was May, 2. I reached out asking for a tracking number or confirmation number and was given a link to a tracking app I’d never seen before that seemed pretty bogus as it said my package was in several different countries for weeks at a time. The app finally said it was in the US with the USPS . I thought I’d receive the package soon, but after two weeks I knew it was a scam. I emailed and asked for my money back and was told that my package had been delivered according to their “logistics company”. I informed them that was absolutely not true, and that their own tracking app had said the USPS had it , so it should’ve been easily tracked. I was then told their logistics company wouldn’t reimburse them for something and that I was liable for 15$ and that they’d refund my money but deduct 15$ due to some made up issue with a shipping company. My order was supposed to ship for free. I went back and forth with them telling them that I refused to pay 15$ and I wanted a fell refund. Their last email said that after consideration, they could refund me half of my money, but no reason for not giving the full amount was given. This company needs to be shut down. They can’t be allowed to continue to do this to consumers.
