Sent me a completely different item than the one I paid for. It is clearly cheap and arrived with no tags or receipt. Upon contacting customer service, they gave me a suspicious story about the post office switching out the product they sent. I have gotten the run around and they tried to persuade me to spend more money store credit to fix the issue.
