I purchased a scooter for total price of $33.88 received a broken compact mirror. Been trying to get resolved and they offer ridiculous things like keep broken item and get refund of 20$ which means I pay $13.88 for a broken item I never ordered or return the item to China and I pay shipping which would cost over $20 Latest offer us $they refund me $23.98 and I end up paying $9.99 original shipping for defective item. I’m so tired of going back and forth with this ridiculous situation. Can you please let people know about this company thank you
