Upon arrival to pick up the dogs, Hannah’s partner, Matt Gill, described that he has nothing to do with the dogs or their care, as he pointed toward a basement-like door on the property. While walking toward the door in a concerned attempt to obtain our precious pups, he became agitated, threatening to call the police for trespassing. After an anxious wait for Hannah, she retrieved the two dogs who smelled of urine, and were even more scared, anxious, reactive, and agitated than when she first met them.
We love our dogs and are writing this memo because we do not want anyone else to have to go through this. We are disappointed in the business aspect of this deal and our loss of money, but more than anything, we are so sad, even distraught, about the animal cruelty. We believe these dogs were neglected and abused while in the care of the unprofessional “Charm City K9, Professional Dog Training” couple. We hope to warn others so that they do not go through this hurtful and traumatic situation.
