I ordered a purse, received it in six weeks, used it for two weeks when it started to fall apart. I contacted the company through their website: no response. I sent a new website message with pictures of the defective product: no response. I sent five emails with every detail, including the order number, product number, cost...everything (it is still on my account on their website). They responded with a canned comment, as I later found out, that they used for everyone who submitted a complaint. No one has heard back from them personally...only the canned response.
