The scammer Charles D Johnson impersonated a agent from the MHBG Grant which is a part of the SAMHSA Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration business. He told us upfront we needed to pay $500.00 for clearance fee with five American Express gift cards after we sent pictures showing we bought the five $100.00 gift cards for grant $20,000. Then the next day he texted saying he needed $3,200.00 to insurance (insure) the grant as they said they were using FEDEX to send the grant money to our home address. He then texted again asking if he should disqualify us for the grant or you still want your "winning money" since he believed we did not pay the money while in reality we did pay the money. That is a scam right there. Yesterday he was like I am sorry I will send your money to you after we reported his other phone number to the BBB. If we don't get our $20,000 dollars or $500.00 dollars back or that we get disqualified for the supposedly grant we want all our money back.
