This is the biggest scam artist, he even generated a fake drivers license, fake and property management certificate to trick consumers. He posts ad’s (sometimes uses Craigslist) gets your deposit and you will never hear from him again. As soon as it’s time to wire money, notice it’s not asked to be wired to his name (Charles Carlson) because this is his fake identity. RUN, this guy belongs in jail.

This man is a scam artist! He posted an ad on Craiglist for an apartment rental. I signed a lease, transferred him the money, and now he claims he never received it. He is demanding my bank statements now but he just wants to access my personal information so he can take over my bank account. I am out of $3k because of this jerk and I don't have an apartment! Beware!

I had received a job in Atlanta & was looking for an affordable rental to start up. I found Charles Carlson Deluxe on Craigslist and then reached out and saw he had a website. Everything was going smoothly & he even looked very legit until after I put the payments in and he has since ghosted me & has refused to take off the advertisements. His number then was shut off and he then proceeded to ask for my social security number while disregarding all my issues. I have yet to hear back from him after the many questions and emails I have sent and I am afraid that his entire business is used for identity and financial theft.
