Received message from on Facebook messaging from  Charlene Hill, Gov agent saying I won $60,000. Fortune member 400 government grant winners. Being awarded sum of $60,000. I was given FTC winnings numbers: Reference number *********, Batch **************, Winning Number ***********, Ticket ******************, Serial number **********. Was to provide number to Fed ex guy to deliver to my front door. Also on messenger a friend I've known for 20 years was saying I won. 



They sent me Facebook codes via text for verification and I replied to them. I have since found that this is part of the scam to gain access to my Facebook Account. I had to change my Facebook information. I was also asked to provide them with a copy of my drivers license. 



New Mexico has rules that you are not to pay for winnings. I know it is a scam and I reported this page to Facebook. Her Facebook page Charlene Hill Government Organization that has a picture of an award.
