They call multiple times per day and when you pickup there is no one there.

Lady called said would be in my area and would i have items to donate. Then asked if this was Carol Ford, threw me off guard. I asked if I could call her back, if I was able to get things together, she said she'd call me, then snickered. She was a black woman. Tried call number back a couple days later, didn't get a ring, just a recording. They called me twice from two different numbers.
