Purchased some running shoes in late August, followed up in late September as no shipment had arrived, the seller at email [email protected] claimed to have shipped and then sent tracking details which showed that the product was delivered to me on the 23rd Sept. Having been home all that day I knew it was not the case, so chased up to be told that it had been delivered to my local post office.

Checked with my local post office and they confirmed the tracking number was a fake, so I requested a refund. I was told again to check with my local PO, so I offered to send a photo of me in my local PO with the postmaster and asked again for a refund.

My email is now blocked from emailing [email protected] so I guess this is the total scam that I thought it was.

This looked like a legit running shoe store via a google search

تواصلت معهم كثيرا بخصوص الحزمة ولم استلمها يقال وصلت موقع الاستلام لكن هذا كذب وافتراء عليه اطالب بالمبالغ التى تم خصمها مني دون تنفيذ الطلب لذا اطالب باستراجاع المبالغ

Order was placed on June 26,2023. Oreder nor tracking information sent for weeks. Finally got in contact and a tracking number was given. Could not track order. Finally got an email saying order was delivered and signed for. Called to let them know order was not delivered. They replied order was sent back to them and wanted to offer a 50% refund on order.

Did you get any form of refund in the end? I'm going through exactly the same process with them now. Got a tracking umber that didn't exist, they then told me it had been delivered and signed for so I checked with my post office who denied that. I was then told the product had been returned to them and they could refund me 50%. I contested this and eventually settled for 75% refund which I'm expected to wait 3-10 days for while their "management" clear it. Sickened that companies like these are allowed to trade whatsoever.
