Purchased a dress/swimsuit cover up on January 22, 2020. Delivery 10-20 business days. I thought this was a bit too long but have been patient. Received an email confirmation around February 4, 2020 that online purchase was shipped. When I click the link to track the package, it says information is " not found". I have received nothing. I have sent two emails to customer service and a facebook messenge and no response. I have also now read on it's facebook page reviews that others are not receiving their purchases and the company is not responding to inquiries via email or facebook messenger.
