This place scammed me out of $180.00. The website looks identical to the USPS website. I have tried repeatedly for 12 days to contact them and the phone number 844-389-0168 just rings busy and the email address won't let me process it. The address 2765 Mossy Oak Dr
Danville, CA 94506
is a private 4 bedroom home. I have contacted my bank and am trying to dispute the charge.

Scam that preys on not tech savvy users!!

My mother was trying to change her address on the USPS website. She searched in google "usps change of address" and clicked on one of the first links. The website used a link that looked like the official USPS url, and mimicked the USPS website perfectly. It asked for all of her information and stated it would change her address for the $1.05, but once submitted it took $100.00! Now we are disputing a charge and trying to file a claim because of a fraudulent website that preys on users that don't notice that the first links returned are advertisements!

This exact same thing happened to me. I was trying to change my mothers mailing address. I googled address change and clicked on what looked like the USPS link. It was exactly like the USPS website. I filled out all the information and it stated the charge was $1.10. I checked my bank the next morning and the charge was $179.95. I tried to email and call the next day with no results. The form for contacting them will not let you submit any correspondence and the phone number just rings busy. I google the address and its a private home in California. I have my bank disputing the charge but am not confident I will get my money back.

This is what the email said: Postal Address Change Services, your order will show "ChangeofMyMailAddress"

My mother was trying to change her address on the USPS website for the $1.05 listed charge. She searched in google "usps change of address" and clicked on one of the first links. The website used a link that looked like the official USPS url, and mimicked the USPS website perfectly. It asked for all of her information and stated it would change her address for the $1.05, but once submitted it took $59.95 from her bank account and did not change her address. Also, she provided all of her personal information to a site that she assumed to be the official USPS website. The phone number listed on the transaction history of her bank was 8444000128, and when we tried to call this number it immediately disconnected and we were not able to get in contact with this merchant. I have not been able to find the same website since she has but their information appears as follows on the transaction statement from bank:
