I tried to change my usps address, and I googled it and clicked the link that said usps, and went through the process that mimics the actual process perfectly, then was charged $80 instead of $1.05. When I called to cancel they told me the request had already been processed and they could only give me a 50% refund. I had submitted the request at 2am and called at 8am to have it cancelled when they opened. There is no way this request had already been processed. I was finally able to get a full refund after fighting with them for an hour. They only gave me a refund AFTER I threatened to report them as a scam to the BBB.
