Like everyone else here, I went to their website and was led to believe it would cost me $1.95 to do a change of address. A few days later I find I was charged $79.95, something I did not and would never authorize. I have emailed and gotten no reply. I have called and continuously get the busy signal before I am abruptly hung op on. Any idea how I can get my money back?

I am moving for the first time and wanted to change my address without having to go to the post office. I googled "change my address" and clicked the second link to come up, which was an ad. The site seemed legitimate, and I entered my card information to verify my identity. I was then charged $60 almost immediately. I googled reviews on this site and learned that it was a scam. Now I am desperately trying to get my money back.
