I tried to change my address via USPS site. System was having issues so I went to my phone. I clicked the first link that came up when I searched USPS address change. I noticed shortly there after that my account was charged 59.95 and I was only aware of a charge to be processed of a dollar and change. There is no phone number to reach out to this company or even a chat option. I have sent several messages that have gone unanswered. I requested the request be cancelled and my account be fully refunded. Their email to me stated that I could log in with my email and some random password and there is no login option on that website.
