When looking for the USPS site to temporarily change my address, I was taken to this site. It looked "official", and I filled out the appropriate information for changing my address. It asked for my credit card number for a charge to include a $1.00 Post Office fee for the change of address. When I received my credit card statement, I saw that I was charged $59.90 for this "service" which should have only cost $1.10 for the postal address change. When trying to call the company on four occassions, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes each time without a "person" to talk to. My lesson learned: read the fine print to MAKE SURE you are at the correct USPS address change site.
