A fake site that disguises as the USPS change of address site. It never lets you know how much you will be charged, and the form looks similar to the USPS form. It comes up first in a google search for "change of address". Once submitted you are charged $79.95 for what is a $1.05 service. No phone number associated with the website only a contact us form to fill out.

Website looks nearly identical to USPS address change page. It isn’t until you’re at the end providing payment information for $1.05 that your card is charged $80 bucks. No refund and no address change either.
