In the craziness of moving, I thought I was using the USPS website. Since I trust the USPS I didn't think anything was different by giving my card information. When I saw I was charged 79.95 I called the post office and they didn't have any information on my move. I called the customer service number I found on Change my us address's website and talked to a customer service agent, just to be told that they can not find my account. I can't provide a confirmation number because I never received an email with the information. They have escalated my issue to "upper management" three times now and I have yet to receive a callback. They can not refund my money since I do not have a confirmation code I never received. Unfortunately for me, they didn't need the confirmation code to charge my card. The terms and conditions on the website that you think is the post office state that you may be subscribed to a free 30 trial offer and if you don't cancel you will be charged the fees moving forward.
