A person going by the name Bryan O'Hara stopped by our home shortly after we moved in & claimed to have done work for the previous owner. We hired him & his crew for numerous odd jobs including: repairing & painting the shop that was on our property, painting the fence, & putting a sealant on the driveway. Nothing was ever quite finished & they kept asking for more cash to buy materials that we never saw. Finally, we just told them to leave. They basically spray painted our fence, driveway, and shop. Once we found a legit contractor, we learned that the shop was so far gone it needed to be demolished, so we had it taken down.
