Champion breed pups - A chow chow puppy scammer

So I came across champion breed pups the website , which I spoke with Javian Cepeda ( or so he said his name was ) and we agreed that it would be $800 for a puppy with a signed contract. So the next morning he told me that the delivery service @ Koning logistics . Com was picking her up to bring to the airport. Hours went by until they asked me for $1200 for the correct crate to board, so I sent it via Zelle. Next, the next day, asked me for $1620 for pet vaccines so she could board the next plane. So I stupidly sent that next. Now, several days later I am without a puppy & $3600. I believe that Javian Cepeda created a fake puppy website , along with a fake delivery service website and it was him all along stealing my money. I have filed claims and disputes , but nothing yet. There was also another review with the same name - Javian Cepeda - that scammed yorkie puppies to another user. We are now filing police reports & contacting anyone who may be helpful to returning my money. Beware of puppy scammers as they are diligent.
