I ordered a pair of swim trunks from Chameleon Clothing Shop (https://chameleon-clothing-shop.myshopify.com/) which I found advertised on Facebook. I spent close to $40 on these trunks to surprise my partner with them. I ordered them on 5/28 and didn't think much into the delayed shipping because of COVID. It wasn't until I realized that it had been almost a month since I ordered that I first reached out to them. The only means of contacting this company is to send them an email, which I have sent several. It's now been two months and I haven't received my item or a response to any of my email's. I'm a college student with very limited funds and can't afford to give my money to people who have no intention of sending the product(s) that I've paid for.
