This place had Gatesby motorized scooter on sale. Ordered the pink one. Paid for it with my debit card. This was on July 10, 2021. Paid $48.99 for it. Did not get it. Sent them an email was told the had found it and due to a problem with the logistics they could not ship it. They advised I would get a refund in 1 to 3 weeks. That was August 12. 2021. It is now October 5, 2021 and no refund and no scooter.
