The "From" info. victim was to fill out is: Sandi Hill, 1918 Mt Hope Rd., Lewiston, NY 14092. They are also to evaluate employees during all transactions and send response to [email protected]. Then fill out and send remaining $800 by Moneygram to receiver: Chad Moretz, 792 Juan Luna Street, (City:) Manila, (State:) Metro Manila, Philippines, zip code: 1002. They are not to disclose to anyone that they are a "mystery shopper". They are told that the funds they send are going to a "Charity". Victim was told to expect another payment in at least 24-48 hours.
