Ad on Facebook directed to website: Chacosales.com selling shoes for $51.99 each; free shipping for orders over $100. First 2 attempts to place order appeared to loop back to starting the check out process again and given my poor internet connection at home that day, I didn't realize it was actually placing an order each time. On the 3rd attempt I received a fail message on the webpage but within minutes received an email from microshop.com "stating Internet Payment Transaction Declaration" for amount of $103.98. My account did not reflect any amount being removed within next 12 hours but the email was very weird looking when the website didn't acknowldege I had a completed order. I then decided to check the ScamPulse.com site and saw another person reported this same site who were fraudently charged. I looked deeper at the return policy, the about us page, and contact us info - all which seemed definately sketchy so I immediately contacted my bank to report possible fraud. I decided to also submit this report to hopefully warn other potential victims

Chacosales was an ad on Facebook. The link leads to the website chacosales.com. The Transaction Declaration email was sent from [email protected] which had transaction details and a note from zhanao sales.This is the only email received since the purchase. The purchase on 7/6/18 was for a pair of women's chaco sandals priced at 51.99 and 9.99 for shipping (61.98). The transaction was paid using a Visa debit card. However, the total amount removed from my bank account was $68.33 on 7/9/18 from ZHANAO ONLINESTORE BEIJING. I sent an email through a "Contact Us" link on the website while logged in to my account (before my card was charged) telling them to cancel my order. The only contact information on the website is [email protected]
