They say I owe for a payday loan from WTJ Captial LLC from June of 2013. I ask them to send me a document in the mail and they said that they can't do that. I said well this sounds like a scam and he goes find then we will send it back to the Ioan company and they will take further action. They are also calling my mom.

CHA calls from 1-844-651-0748 and claims my husband took out a loan in 2011. They refuse to provide any proof of a payday loan until we pay it. They have all his personal information, claiming its gone through collections 3 times and they are going to take action. He has no memory of this loan company and has never received a bill.
