I ordered 2 pairs of tennis shoes valued at $50 & $42. The amount was deducted from my debit card the same day and I got a confirmation number. After 2 weeks of not receiving my shoes, I sent an email to the email address. I did not hear anything. So, I emailed again and got a very derogatory email back from an individual claiming to be Brian Ball. I included in that email if I didn't receive my shoes or get a refund, I was going to report him to the Better Business Bureau. I still have not received a refund or my shoes. After researching all the information I had, this company does not exist. The email address that begins with the [email protected] is not a valid email. Any assistance I can receive in getting my refund will be greatly appreciated as I anticipate that I will never receive the shoes.
