States that they have a claim for me for check fraud from LAZER LENDING. Restitution amount $769.00. Never heard of this loan company nor do I owe one. Says if I haven't already been served that I had an opportunity to make restitution. Says i must call to make payment arrangements or have a pre-hearing. Says i can make payment debit or credit card to www.uspaymentCFI.com
