After registering my business, I received a letter requiring a $105 dollar fee in compliance with federal law to post labor laws in English and Spanish. My business has no employees which prompted me to research further and find other complaints about the named company. Other business owners report they have been scammed by the same company, which is run by an individual and not a government entity. Thanks to other reports made to BBB, I was better informed and did not fall for this scam.
