I paid for an online CEU course and was sent a download of study material. Company claimed to also send me an email with a link to the online test, but I never received the email. I searched through both regular inbox & junk mail to no avail. Without taking the test, I am unable to receive the continuing education credits that I paid for. After contacting the company, they claimed to have attempted to resend this email for online test questions again, several times. I never received any of them. The person I spoke with asked for a friend’s email that they could try sending it to - I refused to give this info. Person then blamed the issue on me using a MacBook & claimed it had been a prob with past customers. I asked to speak with someone else who could help me & was told there was no one else available. I eventually hung up on their shenanigans, reported incident to PayPal & received a refund.

I hope other massage therapists who are trying to get valid continuing education credits can avoid this headache.
