Made a purchase online from Coldwater Creek. Found out it was a scam same day I ordered, tried to cancel but was told package had shipped day of order. Account charged and still unable to contact anyone from the company out of China. DHL stars packaged delivered but unable to locate. Big scam! I’ll never see my money or product again. That’s why I tried to cancel the order the same day I placed it.

I bought a product from a very discounted merchant, which was supposed to be Birkenstock shoes. I never received an email containing a tracking number. I never received the item. Merchant kept telling me my item was delivered with an email describing a huge list of the route the package traveled. Merchant stated in correspondence what my tracking number was. Merchant finally stated the wrong package was delivered and should be a pair of 3D polarized glasses and I should return them to get my package. Merchant claims they were out lots of money from shipping cost and will only return 10% of my money. Whole amount of the item is $46.98 + $1.41 in international credit card fees.

Thought I bought an air conditioning and a small fridge from bed Bath and beyond going out of business sale paid extra even for speedy delivery. Haven't got it nor can I get a hold of anybody to tell me about what's going on. No customer service for nothing obviously a scam.

The messages back and forth has been recorded and sent to Better Business Service. from day one I said I wanted refund not have anything sent to me. The item you sent will be rejected and returned to sender.

I have purchased product and when it came from Hong Kong took 3 or 4 weeks to get only to find out it was wrong product. I don't wish to go through that again. Cancel the order.

Cancel the order. The order was just placed so I know it's not being packaged. I know if coming from Hong Kong it takes long time to deliver and the products won't be what I ordered. Don't package it; return the money. I will go to my bank and make sure payment is stopped.

The header of the website reads BED BATH & BEYOND. The site offers extremely discounted items. There are multiple categories for products. Once an order is placed you are informed that the transaction will appear on your credit card statement as wearblissn.com. A confirmation e-mail is sent from [email protected] or [email protected]. To ensure your excellent shopping experience, the merchant requested customer care service at CustormerCare-VIP.com. I never received another e-mail indicating shipment status or tracking number information. After inquiry, the 7/14/23 order indicated that it was delivered in/at my mailbox on 7/31/23 according to www.17track.net/en. That was untrue. After checking with my mail carrier and providing proof that non of the 3 separate orders placed, were delivered, I requested a refund for my purchases. I received an e-mail that my card was being refunded. Waiting to see the credits to my account. The refund notification is from [email protected].

Name of company: Novva Limited (they are a scamming company)

I paid for items I thought was on bed, bath and beyond and once purchased I went back to look at what I bought but the items on the electronic receipt weren’t the items I got ( they were house hold items) after purchasing I contacted the seller which he was resistant at first to give me my money back but once I stated I was going to dispute the charges to my bank they instantly refunded the money. Just because they have back my money don’t mean the next person will get there’s back so with that said I hope they get shut down because so many others are getting scammed by this company as well

Claims to be Costco but once you order it sends an email "confirmation" from ceurwa and then I never received anything from them but they took the money out of my account under PPP coin share
