I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from them 1 pair came on time and the other package was the wrong item. It has been a month and the issue still isn't resolved. At first they said they would try to source the correct item and send it to me after 3 weeks I got fed up asked for a refund and after a week nothing. Worst customer service ever. No phone number email only. And the way they speak I am not sure if if the person I am communicating witht work for cettire or 3 party becausethey are alwayssayingI will forwardthis information, or I will get back to you when they reply. Buyers beware.

I bought a burberry belt from website along with 3 other items. I kept all but one belt. I returned within time frame in original packaging along with all tags attached. I sent back in a gift box I had from burberry as the box from cettire had been damaged and they only packaged items in a plastic bag in the cettire box. I receive the item back stating I didn't send in original packaging and used my box and the item is considered used. I have tried for 2 months to get my money back as they are scamming me saying the vox was theirs and they can't accept return. They are mad because they can't use my gift box from an actual purchase from burberry.

This company has a number of bad reviews for selling merchandise they later claim is out of stock, after charging your credit card. They offer a store credit instead of a refund, and when you insist on a refund, they tell you that they are busy and will get to it as soon as possible. The negative reviews are found on Trustpilot.

I purchased a pair of Burberry Slides from Cettire and they were Not authentic they were completely fake Burberry slides the merchant will not refund my money
